Untill now it is only possible to give acces to a forum based upon being registered, author, editor and so on. It would be great if you could create a user group and give a created group acces to a forum.

Absolutely. This was pointed out in my PM to you guys. User groups must extend beyond what is offered in Joomla, Joomlaboard and Fireboard. This is essential in delegating tasks and managing large forums and is key to moving forward with this outstanding forum component.

Reply levels, view levels and admin should be based upon individual categories and forums as is the case in SMF.
