I read it. tried every line of the SQl update on its own... Got errors on every passage...
But the eror messages on the frontend are remaining.
Before I got FB 1.0.0 no patch applied.

Any idea?

Thanks for our help

I get error messages for every single SQL query also. I tried to upgrade to 1.0.3. I got everything to work, it shows all my categories and everything in the administration, but my forum has none of threads. I checked my database, because I thought I lost info, but it still has everything in phpmyadmin. I thought it was because of the patch, so I changed back to my "backup" and there is still nothing showing in my forums. Any ideas?

Okay, the problem was my configuration showed that i was using 1.0.0. Out of curiousity I ran all the SQL queries for the upgrate from 1.0.1 and everything works great now.

The component described in the link there doesn't do anything differently than phpmyadmin, so I still got the same messages. Just in case anyone else hasn't tried that component yet...

Well, I have install Fireboard 1.0.4 from the scratch and I still have this error, and the problem is that this download doesn't have a directory called upgrades or something, therefore there isn't any sql scripts, at least I haven't found any, I get this error when I go to the Rank Management and I try to change thoses rank names, it says that a parameter is missing. There isn't anything on the rank images form, could be it? Anyway, this is the error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/fatfreehost.com/o/r/i/orion/htdocs/c.../admin.fireboard.php on line 2176

could anyone help me?

Sushi,
I had the same problem you had:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ........../administrator/components/com_fireboard/admin.fireboard.php on line 2176

And I found a clue in an Indonesian forum. I found a solution after that, here it goes:

1. I assume you changed your language file in Fireboard
2. All you need to do is rename the folder: /components/com_fireboard/template/default/images/english
to
/components/com_fireboard/template/default/images/yourlanguage (as it is in your language php file)

Hope it helps you too.

I have 1.0.4, I am using the default english language file. I get the error fb_pathway.php on line 140 when viewing replies, or replying. There was no update folder for 1.0.4 so I have no db files to upgrade with. is there a solution? The ones mentioned didnt work.

I fixed it using the upgrade sql (Fireboard_100_to_1.0.3.Stable.sql) from the 1.0.3 package, after running that, all seems well (Knocks on wood)
