The FireBoard beta worked fine. I just upgraded to “Stable” 1.0.3. Immediately after installation, I added text to 3 boxes to create a new Category. Joomla Administrator crashed with this message:

Now, the Joomla Control panel no longer lets me select any Component or Module operation, nor does it let me install any Component or Module, including FireBoard. Each time I select one of these from the Administration menu, I am thrown into the login screen for Control Panel. It would appear that permissions got hosed somehow. Any ideas on how I recover?

Apparently, when the Joomla Control Panel upgrades from 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 FireBoard, it leaves untouched any FireBoard-specific tables in the database. I hand-deleted (actually submitted a query string) to delete all FireBoard-specific tables and reinstalled. All is well now. Except... Joomla Control Panel still jumps to the login page 3 out of 4 times instead of to a Component page when I click on a Component.

I have this same issue still don't have answer... I did unistall my previous fireboard and do fresh installation 1.0.3, now I can't even add new category forum is not working anymore...
