Following the upgrade the moderator button is not showing if forum admin, perhaps because after a save it leaves the form?

Create a forum, no way to add a moderator. In 1.01 a button appears allowing you to add select a moderator in 1.03 this does not appear. I see another user has reported the same problem.

Not a lot of detail to add. When you follow these dirtections in the backend...

"Please do note: After setting Moderation to "Yes" you must save the forum configuration first before you will be able to add Moderators using the new button."

...there is no "NEW" button showint to add moderators.

That is how it worked in 1.01 but in 1.03 the button just does not show up! I have found that I can assign moderators from the user administration though.

BBCode and emoticon buttons have no effect while writing a message, but bbcode can be typed in. Attach image works.
