I had some trouble with the sql portion of the update using Fireboard_101_to_1.0.3.Stable. My version of MySQL (4.1.22-standard-log) didn't like the word "group" in group_id, and my copy of fb_users did not have a "group_id" or "uhits" column so the queries didn't run right. I manually added the fields "group_id" and "uhits" to the table, removed the lines that referenced them, and re-ran the query successfully.

I carefully followed the instructions, but here's what I've got now:

The forum repeats multiple times on the screen - I counted about 300 for two of them, and 463 for another.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what might be causing it?
