Iv managed to get other buttons from tinymce to show up now, its quite easy to do I just need to see if I can get them inside where the other buttons are, the buttons also work to, maybe this could be used for bbcode buttom calls?? for the hybrid

I could make most of the tinymc buttons work. But the charset one always shows the html code and not the sign itself. Instead of the custom character like the greater-than sign it shows the html code for "&ge" & g e
Is this a problem of the language file (i use german)? How can i fix this?

I tested the latest version of Tinymce 3.. it has built in bbcode plugin so bbcode auto previews and stuff it was pretty good, I dont think i installed right though as in the backend of joomla when I try to save nothing happens, and when I try posting in FB, it says no message was written even though text still showed up before posting, I think this would be great hybrid html and bbcode editors, its what I will be def using, when I can get it working

The only buttons which did not turn to bbcode was the lists, Im not sure of the reason for this.

i have a problem : after i save formated post with pictures, i see a naked post.. without any formate wihtout any images too... i have followed the instruction you provided for the model..i can't find what strips the html tags..
please help me..

does all html formatting get stripped or just picture formatting? if all gets stripped, make sure you've followed step 4:

in post.php

$message = mosGetParam($_REQUEST, "message", null);

becomes

$message = mosGetParam($_REQUEST, "message", _MOS_ALLOWHTML);

If only some hmtl formatting gets stripped, look at your tinyMCE config under invalid_elements.

It seems like its almost there but in IE6 and IE7 its not possible to click on the text area and start writing.

Hi there i have some trouble with this Mod,

1. I add an Modification to get Toogle the Editor like this , but i didnīt solve the problem to show me the BBCode in the Code View transform to HTML in the Editor view.

2. If i Try to put Images with the editor i get for example this:

(with () Tags but here removed)
In the post it would be shown like : "Innocent" .

3. In the Post Writing View, in the Topic History i see the full HTML Code like what have i to do to remove this code ?
