Can you guys make so that users can paste their avatar link that they uploaded from image hosting site in the forum.

Could save some of my bandwidth

I would also like to have my animated avatar back in the forum as well.

It is animated in the profile but not in any posts.

It is juts because the tool to create the thumbnail image for avatar does not support animated images. It is a server-side thing, nothing to do with fireboard.

I see some animated avatars working in this forum, how can that be achieved?

The blinking eye avatar for instance on this forum;

Is just that an animated gif.

By finding
/public_html/components/com_fireboard/avatars/gallery/

You could either replace those that are there. OR...........

Upload yours via CB. (Community Builder).

Could be....related to Community Builder. As it doesnt work on my forums if I upload an animated Gif. I heared this has something to do with the image library your server is using.

Thanks for your offer to help, but what me - and I think some more people need - is the possiblity of uploading(!) an animated gif (which should actually show up as an animated picture in the forum of course) via User Profile, with CB integrated.
