I would like to poll the members of this forum and see how many would like to see a poll feature added. However, there is no poll feature to do this with.

Yes yes... poll function should be added, but I think the developers should give more priority in building a stable smf to fb converter... we smf users are dieing for it.

I'll put in my two bits for a poll also.

With iosoft abandoning his project, when oh when will we ever get a poll systems? pisdoktor had all but finished a poll feature that was promised to be released in 1.0.3 and then it just fell off the radar with no word about what happened or why it wasn't included. I pm'd pidoktor about it a couple of weeks ago and have never received a response. I can only surmise that he fell off the radar as well. Is there a dev out there that can shed some light or at least give us a little hope for a future poll feature?

Well, now I understand why pisdoktor couldn't complete the project...... its not that he is ill or too busy... its the FB's Core-Team

I'm SO disappointed that Iosoft's poll has come so far, only to be discarded. It would truly have been a lovely addition. I wish those with the skills to resolve this problem would give it a go---the poll system tested so very well, surely there must be a way to either include it in the next release, or find a way to truly make it an add-on that doesn't require any modification of the core code.
