Got a question here. CB 1.1 joomla 1.0.13

The ranking works perfectly fine in fireboard. The rank image and description shows up just fine for all ranks. I've changed the descriptions of all user ranks, other than Admin and Moderator. So instead of Fresh Boarder I have Beginner, and so on.

My problem is that in user's CB profile, its always showing Platinum Boarder image no matter what the rank is and it doesn't show rank description (words Platinum Boarder).

The only working CB profile is for the Administrator where the rank image and description show up perfectly.

I'm using dorona_brown template, so not default.

I've created a test user if anyone wants to take a look.

The admin's profile username is ipopov
You can check it to see that ranking is working for administrator.

I usually replace the rank images in the template\images\ranks directory as well as the default template\images\ranks directory.

Normally fixes that problem right up

Also, check the path its pointing to in the Community Builder/Plugin option (in my case I use the Simpleboard tab plugin), by default it points to the default directory and not your template.

Can someone help me out with this as well? I have excact same problem as first post. Only admin shows rank and correct slider. ALL others show Platinum slider (rank6.gif)

I tried replacing the images (not sure why that would work) but it made no difference. Any ideas?

NVM. I'm not the resident CB expert. I'd check on Joomlopolis too.

[SOLVED] Downloaded version 2 beta of plugin and that fixed the problem!

I had a similar problem. But my cb ranks AND my ranks in forum all show platinum boarder.

I followed this thread and have now fixed the cb tab, and it shows the correct level. But the ranks in the forum itself are all wrong still. Just can't figure it out.

Anyone ??
