Looks like your JoomlaArt template is conflicting with this one. It probably doesn't do this with the default templates.

Download BestOfJoomla's forum.css file which they use from this location: http://bestofjoomla.com/components/com_f...ate/numinu/forum.css

Copy it and make a new file called forum.css then simply change your current css file to 2forum.css or something to that effect so you can easily change it back instead of replacing it. Then upload the new file and this should take on most of the same effects.

I try to do that, but BestOfJoomla's forum.css not make any change for my problems...

Avatars problem solved Joomlart support: i had 860px width before and they changed to 980px.
Thats all.

but i still have problem with Tabs...

I havent tried Numinu which is a trully excellent template since I'll be waiting for 1.0.4 to go with the template change but I've been wondering, is button (reply etc) usage excluded for some purpose or you may add them by puting the right images in the relevant folder?
