I have a very known Portal in Portugal (a pets portal) I use subdreamer fully integrated with phpBB3...but Now I want to change my all portal do Joomla and FB...

The integration its easy to "separate" so In the end I have a CMS system (with no users..dont bother with subdreamer only with phpBB3) and a phpBB3 forum with 2890 users, 119332 messages and 8162 Topics.

What I want to do is install Joomla and fb and migrate all my users and topics/messages to fb/Joomla..and only kipping one user table...

So what I need is someone who can do that..and ofcourse I will pay and than I will release that payed script to everyone.

I realy need this script converter I need to change my forum and CMS system.

Please sorry If I cant ask for a payed script but I didnt read nothing about in the rules..

yeah i been waiting for an actual official working version for phpbb forum..

for 2.0.22

and you need phpbb3.

the problem fireboard does not have a pm system yet so you will lose that...

The other other option is there supposed to be a Bridge Made for phpbb3 and Joomla 1.5 which the bridge is standalone and no core files are touched..

But the bridge is being done by like 3 people but no one has released yet.. you can see in action here

Curious. What does a PHPBB3 bridge have to do with Fireboard and the people that want to converter that gets them AWAY from PHPBB and TO Fireboard (and bridges for that matter)?

my point was his options.. we are trying to get away phpbb 2.0.22 or phpbb 3 but there are is no converter script to convert us over to Fireboard..

as the gentlemen above is using phpbb 3 at the moment and wants to switch over to joomla so i was giving his pro and cons on what he could do..

because at this moment right now he has no option he has to wait or pay someone to make it..

Hi!

I paid for a converter script (phpbb3 to fb and)......it works great..I think this was the best to do...The programmer made a great script and for a large forum like mine Im very glad.

I have to test it with the new fireboard to see if it runs ok..in the 1.03 worked great.

is the converter you bought on a gpl license? meaning, can you share it with us?
