Ok, now step over to another bug

I've a problem with tag CODE. The text written after the tag code is printed on the same line because FB don't put "" beetwen the differen lines.
You can see an example here in my test post: www.boincitaly.org/index.php?option=com_...;id=210&catid=15

Where can be the problem?

The problem is, that the interpreter translate [ code ] to the html-code and after that, it trip over the html-code again.

Please try this workaround:

Hi racoon, this works for me!! Thanks so much!!

But there is a problem with the quote workaround. For a single quote it works ok, but for multiquote only the last post is quoted ok, the others no. You can see an example in this page: www.boincitaly.org/index.php?option=com_...id=14&id=230#230

I hope that you can fix this too....

Hi All

Seems like alot of people are suffering 1.03-1.04 issues...

I had the usual quick reply box appearing. The only place that jquery was being used was on Fireboard, so it was not due to multiple copies. Simply clearing my browser cache and re-loading the page fixed this. This, however lead onto another issue:

The problem that I have not is with vertical scroll bars appearing to the right of some (but not all) of the posts. It looks like each post is in an iframe or somet, and that some of these have gotten unnessesary scroll bars. Anyone got any idea's how to get rid of these??

From what I can see, they don't appear in IE6, only in firefox, but since this is a closed forum (mountaineering club) and most users use firefox, its an issue. Makes the site look ugly.

Click here for an image of the issue

You can see the problem live here

Thanks

Nigel

I've got the same issue with IE7. Seems to mostly be happening in posts that include smilies--as if the post body isn't expanding enough to accommodate smilies which are taller than the text.

Hiya

Confirmed that there still appears to be an issue. God knows whats going on if you don't see it. I'll boot up an VM and try that in case its somet in the cache (but I have already deleted the cache!). This is a direct link to the topic for which I posted the jpg earlier:

Vertical scroll bars inside each message...

Fair enough!!! Seems to be others with this same issue though - probably a browser cache/cookie issue. Rather odd tho!! I logged out in case the bars only showed when you were logged in (bars still showed). Best leave it a few days - suspect it will sort its-self out.

My firefox version is: 2.0.0.11 - I assume you are on the same? I just removed all the non standard extensions in case it was one of those mucking it up...
