Hello Friends!

I was wondering if there is a way to post in both English and Russian? My friends speak English and Russian. I have installed English version, but I would like to see if I can make it possible to allow my friends to post in English and Russian at the same time? I want the system language or the primary language stay English. I am ok with the English buttons and links, etc. I just want to let my Russian friends to be able to type in Cyrillic.
