I've screwed around with the error:
Fatal error: Class 'Badword' not found in /hermes/web04/b1822/pow.xxxxm/htdocs/websites/xxxx/joomla/components/com_fireboard/template/default/view.php on line 1020

for an hour now - what's the big deal and why is this so hard?

I installed the plugin OSTWigits - Badwords at extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,2692/Itemid,35/

I activated it in the plugin manager and see the supplied bad words and I still get the error message; I cleared cashes and even prayed a little but no luck.

I can't for the life of me see why I should spend more than 30 seconds activating bad words - I hope the rest of FireBoard isn't so irritating.

My suggestion to the developers here is to put a simple link in your configuration section where you allow users to activate badwords. Why all the cloak and daggers?


Can anyone help me since I'm stuck here - thanks for any feedback.

I get 182 replies to the search for Badword - I'm not the only one that thinks this is something that should be a lot simpler.
