As a quick note to the mods in this forum: can someone please make a summary post at the first post so anyone checking this thread doesn't have to scroll trough all the posts to find answers/ modified scripts?

Thanks Michiel - unfortunatly a mod like that is beyound me.
I did find the following:
The user list in FireBoard & Joomla now begins at '62' would this have something to do with the messages not in sync with the user? The PHPBB userlist starts at -1

No, 62 is the normal userid of the first user in Joomla (typically superadmin). -1 in phpbb is the Anonymous user (iirc the guest-"account". The scripts checks for that, so that has nothing to do with that...

mmmm we'll it's beyond me. If it can be solved I can finally get rid of my so called "professional" commercial PHPBB bridge thats never worked as advertised and up to 14 days for support replies. Can't wait to dump it! Go FireBoard!!!!

@yvonne: the maximum execution time is a setting in your php.ini file you should up the amount. Obviously, your database is very large for the script to run it's full cycle
thank you for the reply Michiel, but where can I find this file? Do I have to ask my domain provider, and if so what are the settings recommended?

@yvonne: you'd probably ask your domain provider to change the settings. I'm not that of a php-guru so I wouldn't know what proper settings would be, but on my host it's on 30 (even less!)... All I can think of is that due to the windows of your host it may need to be somewhat higher... I highly doubt your host will change the settings, but you can always ask

translation of the error in English:
"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."
Does anyone have a clue?
