Sorry, I disabled the menu link, since it wasn't working. I've put it back up again now. Could it just be because the site is still running on Joomla 1.0.12? I had no trouble installing on another site running 1.0.15.

Don't worry, I'm just an administrator, not super administrator, so I can't play with the code anyway. I'll tell them if they really ant a forum, they can upgrade their Joomla first, and then I can try again.

So, i disinstalled all boards and the CBE, deleted all database_tables, after that i reinstalled the CB & Fireboard without any sample data. I do have the minimum configuration (All Plugins off) ...

The tab in the CB does not have a clear name ... its called: _UE_FB_TABTITLE ... the fields in the same tab are _UE_FB_.....

A klick on the topic leads again to a page without any joomla-css or -template ... a near _blank page.

it only shows FB when you click on it. Did you check FB configuration for misconfiguration, like badwords while you dont have it.

also, try unpublishing some mambots.

btw. this looks like a modified forum, did you check if you have any "bad" coding? the forum looks corrupted to me.

Sure .. it only shows FB when clicking on it ... the board is not the main content ...
And again: I do have the MINIMUM-Configuration, no plugins are aktive!

I'm not willing to unpublish mambots, because i only have installed mambots used by users or the system to find content.

On my research i found a modified fireboard.php that is allmost working with CBE ... so i will reinstall CBE (first disinstall CB incl. all D, disinstall fireboard (incl. all D and try again ... without sample data and with minimum configuration.

I'm a little tired ...

Exact same thing was on my page. In "Tab Management" I could unpublish that "UE_" tab, but it still clicked through to a blank page. I wasn't able to set it up with CB at all. May uninstall CB and just try to do it with FB only.

Mine is "off" ... in a few german language boards there are about 20 people with this problem.
Seems not a lot but maybe leads to resolve other issues.

Reinstalled all again:
if you klick on the topic the template becomes near _blank. The differenz now is, that the templates gets restored when clicking on e.g. announcements or going back to the boards mainpage. CLicking again on the Topic the template becomes near _blank again.
