pathetic support system for this software. And don't give me the "what do you expect for free?" crap. I'm not asking for free support. Wrong place to ask for help? Email using the Contact Us ignored, no one has the energy point me in the right way or even answer me once the problem became too complicated for a canned answer.

I was so impress on day 1. Depressed by week 3. Angry by week 4.
