I hate to say it but I'm totally frustrated.

I'm still dead in the water and I've had no help here, pm not answered, email to the contact us link unanswered.

I know that I'm just one voice in a chorus but I'm not expecting miracles or people to drop everything but it's been 3 weeks. I'm willing to pay. I'm just asking where to get help if it's not available here on the support forum.

It shouldn't be this hard to recover when all the data still exists in the database.
