If I login on my site school http://www.defontein.be/joomla/ in the frontend then I've several problems:

1/ FCK is setup with skin=office 2003 but I see a html page ?
2/ Normal if you paste content from a word doc then you'll get a popup window where you paste your content, click OK and then they will paste this into the webpage, now it pastes it immediately this means that all the word rubbisch code is also in this webpage ?
3/ the buttons Save and Cancel doesn't work neither ?
4/ if I want to logout via the logout at the bottom right, I'll get an error page 403, if I use the logout of the left menu than there is no problem.
5/ I've tried several editors JCE 1.5.0, JoomlaFCK, TinyMCE 2.0, WYSIWYG and XStandard Lite 2.0
All these editors have these problems in the frontend but they all works just fine in the backend.

Because this site is for a school with the meaning that the students and teachers keeps via the frontend this site up to date.

Please can somebody help me out ?
