This could be achieved by having a dropdown or extra check boxes on search page with all these options and having option for the admin at the backend to enable/disable any of these. Maintaining several plugins is more difficult than maintaining a single one.

I was under opensource.miniola.com registered, but no activation mail.

So I get an error message and I can not log in to the Fire Board Search plugin download.
