WTF?

MAKE SURE you haven't uploaded a folder inside a folder. Compare the structure of the default templates to the one you uploaded. Chances are you have an extra folder in teh directory structure.

Actually it was the cause of the same error for me, which is why I suggested it. Not everyone uses CB, so maybe my post should have been different or posted elsewhere altogether.

Regardless, thank you orlisgal. If the moderator wishes to move or remove my post because it was in the wrong place, and the corresponding ones, I have no problem with it. I don't wish to create needless animosity.

All of my Defult ones work perfectly but its the one called Numinu dark red i want to use after downloading it, ive got a list on the templates and image sets and checking the numa red ones but there still not working, I have try'd everything else on here but still no joy.

You are uploading a folder within a folder most likely. Don't. Chances you've unzipped the archive incorrectly and inside the folder is the same folder with the template files in it. If that is what you've done delete the folder within the folder on your server and ONLY upload the folder with the template contents in it.
