I see nothing useful in discussions with people that just "require". Please excuse me, but I will leave it.

Yeah. Bridging is the only way. I use phpBB with bridge and no problems. There is a bridge extension. I am not sure you can use bridge with smf though.

for SMF the bridge extension was discontinued. Still works with a few modifications but Im not sure If it will have problems in the future.

Where I can find the bridge for PHPBB? after all is the forum that joomla.org is using so better follow the leader in the matter

Problem 1: Is nice that althought you ask people to help, you don't give the solution you aplied for the future people who could have your problem, also, at least for me, the image you attached cannot be shown, this could make people not be able to help you, not counting that addons>FireBoard Graphics and Templates is not the best place to ask for help (althought I ¡think the bestofjoomla are not the cleanest and best organized forums ever to ask for help )

Second error: here you have solution for it, 2 diferents, one not involving fireboard but joomla, the other deactivating the buggy code at least... did you use the search on forums or just rambled about somebody not wanting to help? Also, as far as I can see hazaa tried to help as his best at first with no information given. I can understand people who could help, would have already abandoned the thread... have you tried to PM them?

If you are using CB, and don't mind to wait, check www.cbconnector.com

SMF was discontinued due to licences issues between joomla and SMF, but there is a new bridge on the goes using a sub aplication, listed on extensions site.

Also, for phpbb you have rokbridge
