I'd love to see more complex moderator functions, specifically the ability to split part of a topic thread away and move it into its own new topic. Also, the ability to merge separate topics into one.

I too would be glad for this function.

I had it on my old orion-board (phpbb based) and used it quite a few times if one of those offtopics becomes the maintopic of a discussion.... The way phpbb handles it is also quite easy to understand. Please think about it for the next version!

I've been mod'ing on phpBB based forums recently and will be starting on FireBoard quite soon. I love the look and feel of FireBoard, but there are a few things that as an admin/mod, I'm really going to want, and SOON, after we open the forums on the site.

Is there an ETA on this wishlisted item, please?
