I follow this thread and thankfull for good and hard working.
I really thankfull as a nubie and "lack of programming" person.
I apply this hack to my FB 1.0.4 on joomla 1.0.12 and CB 1.1.1 and I found MERGE and SPLIT menu/link/button doesn't appears on ALL THREAD especially older THREAD than time when I insert the codes.
I also found on some long posts (older and more than 2 pagination) the MERGE and SPLIT menu/link/button not shows on every post (in same Thread)

Did I miss something?

I have added a slightly modified version of this to the SVN #702. The modifications have been made to those files, the icons and languages files have been updated. Also used the new SEO links class for all href links.
Still need to cleanup the 'auto'-returns after successful function execution.

That was propably due to a bug in the original admin/moderator handling code. As I fixed that during the past couple of days, the SVN #702 version combines both the moderator fix as well as the merge/split functions. Have not seen that problem you are describing with the new code.

Well I just installed this forum, version 1.04 and I can tell you that the split, merge have not been implemented. Is this something we can look forward to??

We are working on version 1.0.5 that will include it.

Has there been any progress on this? I have installed it on 1.0.4 and J1.5.5 and it will only show up for mods on the threads they have created.

It should show up on every thread for the category they are assigned as a moderator from what I have read here.

I will keep digging and see what I can find.
