group permissions not working 7 Months ago  
Hi

hope someone can help me out here, ive recently had FB installed and im in the process of allocating to group permissions.

Problem im having is that anyone who is editor or author is unable to see any of the posts- even if the permission is set for them to read them.

the version i have is- Installed version: FireBoard 1.0.4 Stable

Joomla ACL does not work with FB.

im using joomla 1.5 and according to websites it doesnt use ACL or maybe i misread it

Actually I should clarify. Whatever passes for ACL/permissions in Joomla does not work in FB. Search the forums. There are literally dozens of these sames questions with people unsuccessfully trying to establish certain group access using Joomla and FB.
