but is it possible to use opensef for some components and sh404 for others. Because if i change the whole site tó sh404 then all my urls will change and thats not a good thing.
or does sh404 generate the excate same urls like opensef for other components ?

sh404 is based upon OpenSEF.
Yes, 1st time you will loose the old SEF links.
But, look at the other side, OpenSEF is a DEAD Project. There will be no more updates.
