It is banal but seems to be not possible..
I integrated the fireboard with groupjive and my groups now have their private forums BUT! I would like to have on my site a public forum, too. I mean a forum where EACH registered user could post threads. I created some categories in the FB admin panel (i.e.: STUDI, HOBBY, BOOKS etc) but when a registered user goes there he is not allowed to post anything. There is no a "new thread" link..

Does it mean that after the FB-GJ integration, it is not possible to have a public forum categories?

I think your problem is that you created categories, but you didn't create actual forums within the categories???
