Is it possible to get the rankings on date?

Now you have rankings on amount of posts that you make, but sometimes people make useless or random posts just to gain a higher rank on the forum.

So I wanted to make it so that you get a new ranking for example when you're on the site for one month, and if you are on for 2 months you gain a higher ranking. This will also keep the site less boring because the longer you're on the site, the higher your ranking.

The problem is that i dont know any languages next to html and css lol


Can somebody make this or can it be made in the new release?

Actually there quite a few things that can be done, but do you want a member that doesn't post anything to become higher ranked than someone who joins, posts and is a good contributer to your forum?
A What you may consider is to add points to your forum so that each post gets X # of points and Karma gives even more. i.e for each post, they get 2 points and for each karma, they get 5 points. So the useless posters will get 2 points for each good post and for those that don't post often who get karma because of good posts, they gain the points that much faster.

Just a though to consider, and if you are interested in this, I should have everything ready by next week. You are welcome to my files.

I actually already have some of it running on my site, I'm still working on the Karma portion. I will also be adding points for every time the log in.
