is there an arabic enabling file.. because i want my forum to be in english but it should be able to support arabic characters (for the title of the forum and stuff)..

This is my Alfa version of FireBoard Arabic language file. The frontend has been copletely translated into Araic otherwise, I'm still working on the backend and the administration interface.
