Hi,
I tried to translate English language file into a new Arabic file and put theme in the same directory, but then I got strange characters displayed on my forum administration area.
should I remove the English file or keep them both.
help me

No,you shold edit the file with notpade and then save it with the UTF8 encoding and then try it on your site
