Ok folks, lets set some simple guidlines to people posting here on BOJ so those of us offering support can more easily provide it. Here is a simple, small guide to what most of us will require when attempting to help you.

If the following is not provided don't expect help.

1. Link to the problem site (more specifically the exact problem URL)

2. What Version of Fireboard are you using?

3. What Version of Joomla are you using?

4. What Joomla Template are you using? - For Javascript issues

5. Did Fireboard work at one point in time? If so what changed between now and then?

6. If this is an integration problem please provide as much detail as possible.

7. Screenshots work wonders and can often times easily pinpoint problems. - Please limit their size to 600 x 600!

8. If your site requires login to view your forum provide us with a test account:

Username: tester
Password: tester
