There needs to be several options in config.

1) nofollow tag in body of message
2) any user with less then X posts may not have active links anywhere
3) nofollow tag for signature.

this can cover all things an admin wants. Some want to allow some follow ability, others want none.

One more place we need to change it, so that it gives nofollow at bbcode as well (I had missed that one, so it was working only when a user was posting a link directly)

URLs that are made like this: {url}URL HERE{/url} are still DOfollow.. How can we fix this problem?

[ ] brackets were replaced with { } to show code^

I did all of the above but I have found out that the nofollow is not applied in quoted parts of the messages. Example: Someone posts a link, rel=nofollow is applied. Someone quotes that message and the rel=nofollow is removed.
A tip for you checking your site for nofollow is to use the extension "SEO for firefox" and all your nofollows is highlighted.
