I download and via FTP installed major_toms dark orange fireboard template. Now how do I install it in my website? I'm new and stupid sooo yoouu'lll haave to speak veeery slooowly! Thanks.

have a look into your backend administration, menue "components". Select "FireBoard Forum" and on the following screen "Configuration". On the next screen scroll down a litte bit to "Frontend" (sorry for the German screen).

In the lower two dropdown boxes you can select the template (the first box) and the related imageset (the second box). Don't forget to save (scroll back to the top of the screen therefore).

Switch back to the frontend, reload your forum page and you will see .... mt dark orange

i have followed the instructions and i cannot get the xml files to upload?

the orignal template does not show the colours correctly which is why i am trying to upload something else

figured it out.

Unzip the templates & upload them to the /components/com_fireboard/template folder.

Then log in as admin to your page and go to your Fireboard configuration page. Select the template in the 'Frontend' section: Template & Image Sets.

Anything else anyone wants to add there?
