Same thing happened to me...

dont even bother with this

1) when it converts it changes all your user passwords to the SAME thing, totally useless

2) as an early adopter, i was told that we would have the fix by the end of tomorrow this was nearly 2 months ago

3) they are taking your money, and either not granting access to the file, or if your lucky you get a link to a corrupted zip file, the "team" has not even been on in almost a month so your screwed

4) all your complaints or refund requests never get answered, this is a black hole for your 15$

last i heard was "we will have it fixed" then "sorry we just moved into a new office" and then silence, altho they will be glad to take your money any day of the week

this is a scam, which sucks cause it was a decent product well worth the bargain price they were asking

Finally, we completed re-made smf to fireboard converter today . In the newest releases, we have a nice improvement for password issues . Now, you have three options for migrating password as described in our forums :
+ Keep SMF password
+ Use default password (as with previous version)
+ Generate default password and send it to user's email .

As I said before, we still have problem with our email server . So we usually check and activate the pending accounts at the end of everyday .
