Just downloaded the latest nightly build and tried to install on a brand new 1.5 instance running on localhost. Get the message

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6144 bytes) in C:wampwwwjoomla15librariesjoomlautilitiessimplexml.php(306) : eval()'d code on line 1"

Nihil27 and beyond,

If you work on localhost, mostly the memory error is caused due to a setting in php.ini.
Default the max_mem size is set to 8M. Change this to minimum of 16M.

Hi There,

its some time ago since the last post here was made, I hope this is still monitored...

I have the following problem. I found a few topics on other forums, but all without a solution. I hope you can help me...

The problem occures while trying to install Fireboard on Joomla 1.5RC3. Whenever I do that, I only get the following message:

Error 500 - Internal server error
Ein interner Fehler ist aufgetreten! (an internal error occured)
Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. (please try again later)

Can anybody help? To Test it I installed a Joomla 1.0.13. I can install fireboard on it without any problems. Legacy-Mode is activated on 1.5.

I get this error on two joomla! communities I have create.

I'm using the 1.0.1 version...

When I enter on the forum administration page, i've found this error:

DB function failed with error number 1054
Unknown column 'g.group_id' in 'on clause' SQL=SELECT a.*, a.name AS category, u.name AS editor, g.name AS groupname, h.name AS admingroup FROM jos_fb_categories AS a LEFT JOIN jos_users AS u ON u.id = a.checked_out LEFT JOIN jos_core_acl_aro_groups AS g ON g.group_id = a.pub_access LEFT JOIN jos_core_acl_aro_groups AS h ON h.group_id = a.admin_access GROUP BY a.id ORDER BY a.ordering, a.name

any idea to fix it?

The installation doesn't report me any bug on the installation.

Thanks

Ive got the same problem, to bad the file isn't available anymore.
Someone has a solution?

I installed Joomla 1.5 and Fireboard and the forums are working great, BUT:

I cannot edit the ranks. I can create new ones, but cannot delete new or old ones.

Another question,
is there a way to remove the Please Login or Register. Lost Password? line?

There seems to be a bug within the forum. I use FB 1.03, and Joomla 1.5RC3.

not allways, but sometimes when I click the forum link, I get this error message:
Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /host/c/a/n/cantonsen/caunivers/joomla1-5/includes/router.php on line 140

It usually happens when I click on the show my profile, and then try to click the forum link.

I hope this makes sense.
