Hello everyone. Please forgive my ignorance, but I realy am trying, and am struggling to get to grips with it all

I was directed here by a kind soul on another Joomla forum in responce to this queary :

You could simply upgrade to 1.0.5RC1 - It has the video functionality built in including youtube auto linking.

That way you don't have to mess with files.

If you make sure that in your Fireboard Configuration you have Joomla Mambot Support ENABLED then you will be able to still use the All Videos Plugin and embed anything you want that way. This doesn't seem to be true for the flvremote feature. That being said- you can use the below code for remotely hosted FLV files.
