Its Joomap's error. Upgrade to latest version or reinstall the Joomap component and never ever open/edit any files of Joomap.

Is it just me or does this file 404 every time you try and download it?? I want to get this plugin and cant at the moment.

New 2.0 Version is coming soon.
Yes, you will get 404 error, but its not my fault.
Its may be due to some upgrade in Bestofjoomla.com
