i just wanna ask if it is possible to put a link in a button on teh site that creates a post with a form in it ?

so i have an application form wich users can fill in too apply .
and now i want it so that when user fileld in the form and press the apply button that it creates a post with the filled in form in it so that other users discuss over that application .

would be verry helpfull since i dont know another way to handle that
