Every time I create a new forum I have to go to a different screen to "publish" it, is there a way to modify FB so that ALL created forums are automatically published?

Hi Tony,

when you create a new forum you have to edit it's parameters on only one page before it gets created. On the same page you find a selectbox "publish". Select it before you save your new forum. In this way the new forum will be published the same time as you save your new forum, without the need to navigate to different pages.

Actually things don't work the way you suggest on my FB, I have 1.0.4 Stable, and to create a forum I go to Components > Fireboard Forum > Forum Management (Administration) > New
Then I'm presented with a Add Category/Forum form but there's no field to "Publish" forum as you suggest, am I missing something here?

The page I'm on has: Main, Name, Description.... etc fields, but no "Publish" that I do on another page.

Anyways, I have a Community Builder website and FireBoard integrated with GroupJive and every time I create a new GroupJive group, a new forum for that group is created but it's automatically set to "unpublished", would you help me achieve that please?

Your are right Tony. Huh, it's my fault. Seems, I've played around too much with DocMan last time... there works it this way.

But, another way ... think, if you, for example have created 10 forums (first all 10 are not published), you can select each of this 10 forums in selectbox in front of the category/forum name in Fireboard Administration list (you can select more than one at a time). Than, if you click publish on the toolbar, all 10 of them are published with one click, the same time.
