Im not sure if my problem is with my Fireboard install or the Default_EX install but I am sure there is a quick fix to the problem

On my board www.iow.co.uk/forum I appear to have no date set. For example on the 'last post' details, I have the following;

Last Post by Frustrated Islander
2 _FB_DATE_MONTHS ago

Can anyone help point me in the right direction to have this changed? Am I missing something somewhere?

please tell us which configuration, version of Joomla! 1.0.x, version of Fireboard etc. you use?

Open the language file located here :

/administrator/components/com_fireboard/language/

english.php

after this line :

defined ('_VALID_MOS') or die('Direct Access to this location is not allowed.');

add this :

Code:

DEFINE('_FB_DATE_MONTHS', 'months');

If you use another languages, update it as explained.

The definitions for _WHO_ONLINE_GUEST, _FB_TIME_SINCE, _FB_DATE_MINUTES, _FB_LATEST_POSTS,
_WHO_ONLINE_MEMBER and _FB_DT_DATETIME_FMT are missing, also. Maybe some issues in Profile, too. Can't see that.

Do you use Fireboard 1.0.3 or have updated to 1.0.4 from 1.0.3? It seems you aren't using the recent language files
