I have no forums under the category headers and if I enable site states I get dbase errors

Recount Categories stats did nothing

when I try and dload the scripts I get

When I read the instructions and search the threads I get nothing explaining this "Elimination of manual upgrade scripts" message.

Some direction would be appreciated.
