Unbelievable Service & Support
Pros: Great pricing for a TIER ONE operation - great speed - even Downunder...
Cons: None after 12 months...
We have been commercial web operators since 1994 - never have we had support & commercial services that match the price; service or feature set. The fact that this service hosts the Joomla Project was my initial reason for going with Rochen. After 9 months we moved more business over as Joomla began to grow in our own work. We now use US and UK servers and are slowly moving ALL our projects across. A fantastic professional tier one organisation that we would not hesitate to recommend to any developer.

Pros: joomla-centric host
Cons: they calculate the space used in a reswller account by adding up the space you alot, not the space you use
snappiset host by far amd i've used Dreamhost, 1and1, and hostgator
The best site I have come across in a long time
Pros: My sites load fast. They have gotten back with my tickets in a matter of minutes, even on the holidays! The latest version of Joomla! loads fast and easy. I can hang 5 sites on a single account. Each sub-site loads Joomla as easy as the main site.
Cons: None yet.
I have used quite a few sites in the past. Rochen is my second attempt at a Joomla! host. None have responded as quickly to trouble tickets as Rochen. None have loaded my sites as quickly as Rochen.
