Pros: Nice website to manage your account.
Cons: The toll free number is useless... even if you call sales it's close to impossible to get someone on the line within 10 min... not a good sign if you think you might need help on the phone.
I tried to take advantage of the free domain plus I wanted to transfer a domain. Setting up the new domain was no problem but the transfer is really hard to work out with the support team. A simple request ends up with being switched back and forth the billing and support department and everytime you reply someone else answers without knowing the whole story... very annoying.

Pros: -Quick replies to support tickets
-Value for money
-Fantastico in cPanel
-Unlimited hosting (I'm sure theres a fair use on it but for any amateurs I cant see this being a problem)
-Good stats monitoring
-Unlimited subdomains
-Buy an addon domain and host it free from your existing package
Cons: -Often when installing from fantastico panel you need to refresh the page, this isnt a problem just my only annoyance this far
-No telephone support, this is a pain when you need an answer quickly however there is an option to pay to make your question a priority, I've not yet tried this however
I have read many bad reviews of JustHost during my time looking for a host, however I decided to give them a try based on price more than anything, and all I can say this far is "WOW" great value service, great customer service.
I would suggest anyone to give them a try, great value unlimited hosting!
