Not Unlimited as they advertise
Pros: Always answers the phone. Would have given higher Reliability if it was not for their changing TOS on the fly. Good host if not for misleading advertising conflicting with TOS gotcha.
Cons: Only lets you host less than 50,000 files so much for the "unlimited" thing.
NOT UNLIMITED. I DON'T TRUST THEM
They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising since they tell you unlimited almost everything but change conditions in the TOS. Not only that they change TOS whenever they want to meet their needs, not caring how it affects your domains. I, too, was affected by the 50,000 file limit. Prior to the 50,000 limit, I had about 700,000 files, mostly junk files that were being created needlessly by software on the server and then I corrected so it would not generate this massive amount. Anyway, got email saying to reduce down to 400,000 files and I complied without problem by just deleting all the data files. THEN, just 2 months ago, I was sitting pretty at about 204,000 files and then was told to get the number down to 50,000... Well, hey, what happened to UNLIMITED???? oh, I see, we advertise UNLIMITED but really it's not. My recommendation is not to sign up with these liars... You stay away since they will change TOS to meet their needs. Also they delete this kind of criticism from their forum so nobody sees it.

Pros: fast, good features! cPanel, alive chat
Cons: you cannot access your ftp or even cPanel from China. complete block
while purchasing, or using demo features works very well. after you buy, when you try to register, your domain blocked in China. though weird thing is, some domains have no problem, but some are blocked right after you register. not related to content.
and their only support-offer, "please buy one 35 usd, dedicated IP".
