Pros: Affordable prices and high performance

I've been using InteractiveOnline for a short period of time but wanted to share my opinion on their services. My account was instantly activated and support responses are highly professional and received within 5-10 minutes. I like the features of the hosting plan and haven’t seen any downtime or slowness of my website. I hope their services continues like this. My first impression makes me think they are a serious professional web host.
Best Joomla Hosting - BAR NONE
Pros: Support, support, support. I've used 13 of the most popular hosts and Interactive Online absolutely destroys them all in customer support.
Cons: None.
I tried out a new host (my 13th to date) with a new site I was designing and quickly realized I made a mistake. Of course, David transferred my site for me within minutes and I never missed a beat. Outstanding personal interaction which has become a lost art everywhere else on the web.

Pros: I just started with them after using other hosts. InteractiveOnline is so much better. They have been so helpful with the transitions.
Excellent host. I'd recommend them to anyone. They really have a handle on how Joomla works too. I had some issues that they were able to resolve related to Joomla.

Literally, when I went looking, I had two non-negotiable criteria: Joomla specialists, and local. Somehow I ended-up with Interactive Online and a year later learned they were not local. It does not matter, their service is so good they could be in India and I'd recommend them! Above and beyond! Thank-you :-)

Pros: Reliable Hosting - Top Notch Customer Service
Cons: Haven't run across one
The best thing about Interactive Online is their customer service. If you ever have a support issue or question, they resolve it quickly. They go above and beyond the call of duty in all that they do.

Pros: Great support (seriously, you've not seen support like this before). Snappy servers, no stupid restrictions like IPower, solid web application hosting.
I have a few sites hosted with InteractiveOnline. I just launched another site ( http://www.whiskerstudio.com ) on these servers, and am working on another.
I have run into allot of problems on this project, but thankfully none from my InteractiveOnline account or services.
The site is snappier and more responsive than if on another server, and as always the support has been top-drawer. They even notified me that my web-app needed updating.
You could host elsewhere, and you might even save a couple of bucks, but why would you want to? What I save in grief and excellent support more than makes up for a few dollars!
