Directly from the profile menu, you can
1 Go to the section of the Group JomSocial
2 Go to the section of the My Groups
3 Go to the department to create a new group
4 Go to the department's search resource groups
Addition is installed like any other supplement to joomla.
In addition parameters can disable the button corresponding to the Extras menu
