ZJ Realty is now available for Joomla 1.7. It allows you to post your realty to the site easily.
For your agents:
- If you are a real estate company, you will need a website to to showcase your customers' properties. It's very simple, just install ZJ Realty on your site, then update your company agent listing. Agents of your company can publish properties information on the site and manage them. They can receive or send messages from the customer or the realty owner's.
- For your site users:
+ If you are a person wishing to sell / buy or rent real estate, you can post information on the website and select an agent as a broker for you. When your post is approved, everyone can see your information on the website and can contact the intermediary to deal on your property.
- ZJ Realty can be used by
+ A single agent who wants to list his/her own business listings
+ A registered user who wants to list his/her realty.
+ Anyone who can list.

It takes a minute to install ZJ Realty on your web server - and another couple to install the multitude of modules available. Yes, it's that quick.
Multiple Extra-fields support
This is a very special feature which we know there aren’t any other real estate system can do this. This feature allows the administrator can add some extra information to real estate without having to redesign the system. For example, you need to add an extended information such as how many windows, very simple just go to administration, select "Add Field" and all you need do is
* Input field name (start with zj_): zj_windows
* Input field title: Windows
* Select a type: Drondow list
* Type description
* "Required" this is required/or not field
* Input some value: if you are using a list type, please separate the value by a breakline (enter)
* Some other information
