Product is ok. The support sucks and the folks at Webscribble are worst vendors i have dealt with. They dont pick up the phone. When they do, the direct you to web support to which you will get answers when they feel like. Product comes with 30 money back guarantee. When we tried to get a refund after it was not compatible with our system, they lied to our Credit Card company saying product was never returned (its electronic download..HELLO!). They fought us but our credit card company after an investigation charged them back. We would have actually paid double just to get it to work with a little help. They need to get their shit together on support side and become a little more ethical in billing dept!!
